I've just subscribed to the site and downloaded the Heather and Brroklyn and Avy and April scenes but neither will play on my laptop. Both appear to be in WMV format, which my Windows Media Player should have no problem with, but on trying to play the scenes I get the error message that Windows Media can't play the file. I click Web Help but it's no help. I've tried converting with WinFF but whatever format I try to convert to I get the message invalid data found when processing input.
Thanks for joining. It's very hard to troubleshoot without seeing your pc, perhaps you downloaded the MP4 by mistake, or try updating to the lastest version of Windows Media Player. If you have a very old version it may not play the files, you could also try another player, like PowerDVD or VLC Player. Hope this helps.
