I love when the girls are standing up kissing and one girl is up against a wall.I am not a big fan of the girls laying down.I perfure them standing or sitting up straight.
I think the girls tend to be more (psychologically) focussed on the kissing when they are standing, and that's why I like it. But it can also be good when they are lying down if they are still very much in the moment, and lying horizontally makes it easier to explore other parts of the body while they are kissing.
