Not sure if this has already been asked but didnt notice it as I caught up on all the recent posts. I have 2 questions tho. First, do you notify us when our membership is up for renewal or not? I have the date listed in an excel file so know when I have to renew but it would be nice to get an email letting me know, just in case I get lazy & dont realize its time to re-up. Second, each time I go to a topic I go to the bottom of the page & click on newest first, since oldest first always comes up. Its no big deal but I'd rather click on a thread & see right away the latest post. I do note that on the main page the lates post of each thread is listed, but again I get lazy & would prefer to see the latest posts on top. And I just thought about this so will add it in. Without my reading glasses the lighter yellow signifying no new posts sometimes almost seems to be as dark as the dark yellow meaning new posts. Has anyone mentioned this or asked if it is an easy thing to maybe use a different color for new posts? Again just a thought as I ramble on. Also, just as I was ready to submit this thread I noticed the 'attach poll' option. I did see the poll about whether we need scene lead-ins. I guess I already voted because I saw no way to vote. I assume that if I hadnt voted there would be a box to click on. So just want to clarify that too.
A question about renewing. I got an email from CCBill on sep25 advising me my membership would expire sep26. Its now sep 27 but when I try to renew by credit card it tells me something like 'user name already registered'. I guess it means my membership is still active or possibly over the weekend renewing isnt available. If anyone has had a similar problem can you tell me how your renewed successfully. Otherwise I guess I have to wait until Monday business hours? Thanks,
I couldnt log in today so figured my membership was halted. I was then able to join again & get into the forum okay. Problem solved. Some interesting posts too about story ideas.
