Personally I don't mind implants if they're well done and still have the appearance and qualities of natural breasts. As sauron mentioned, there are several great kissers in the adult industry who are overlooked becaused they altered themselves. Whether the augmentation was necessary or not (most times it isn't), these ladies deserve a shot if they're interested.
Everyone's gonna have different opinions on this, but generally I've found that the more someone dislikes mainstream lesbian porn (i.e. most of the crap that's found elsewhere), the more they want the performers to appear natural.
I'm certainly not a fan of fake breasts, though I've become desensitized to them over the years (of porn-watching), but personnally I find them much less unattractive than tattoos. However, I have no choice but to accept that tattoos are going to appear in most of the scenes in KMG, since some of their best performers sport them.
One day (perhaps in about a decade) someone in the industry will get it right. There will be beautiful, natural girls who aren't too skinny, and don't wear tatoos, etc. The scenes will be intense, passionate and will carry the illusion of being unscripted. Each scene will be fairly original, with perhaps a little build-up (nothing cheesy or tacky, just the girls acting like normal people!), going from fondling, kissing and embracing... to deep, intense licking, grinding and everything else. One day someone will get it right... Until then, KMG is the best there is.
