Hi there, i signed up for yet another monthly sub about 8-10 days ago yet today half way through downloading the new Allie/Alexis video, the connection was lost, i was asked for my username and password again and when entered it came up again with the login box. This happened until i saw a forbidden error message on screen saying that i "Can't access the website on this server".
A handful of members needed their usernames re-added to database after a short server update last night. CCBill has re-added all members who contacted us with an issue. Everyone should be fine now.
