Hi

I have just recently joined the site and had some questions as I am getting a 403 Access Denied error.

1. is there a limit to how much you can download in a certain amount of time. If this is the case what is the purpose of this limit.

2. how long does it take to regain access.

I sent an email to customer services a day ago and am still waiting to hear back. Still locked out of my account.

Yeah they have a limit in terms of how much you can download at a time. I haven't been a member in a while so I can't remember how much it was.
