I promote this site, it does okay but it can do WAY better. My mainstream sites with inferior kissing content do better because they are designed and marketed better.
This site has too much going on and the design looks old like the site hasn't been updated, (even though it's updated more than most sites). People don't take the time to read all the text and multiple options for VOD, DVD, etc.
The site needs to grab people's attention, you have about 5 seconds before they close the window and move on!

Second, it's time you raise the membership cost or make it a recurring membership. $25.00 is just way too cheap. You're offering a ton of scenes for download, trust me, the people who are into it, WILL PAY FOR IT!
Make it as a big mainstream site, add the option to buy DVDs and VOD at the bottom of the page. The main attention of the site should be that you can sign up right now and get all these quality scenes. Big high quality pictures and catchy theme.

$29.95 recurring that can be canceled anytime would be perfect. On other sites I promote I'm getting rebills on sign-ups from 2 years ago and they update their sites every 3-4 months, (this site is updated a lot more often).

The two sites you listed are apart of huge nertworks and appeal to a much larger market base, Reality Kings offer 26 sites, and LezCuites claims 47 sites, so I would imagine that their conversions would be better. We're simply a totally different type of site. I believe people with interest in girls kissing do stay longer, despite the lack of flashy design, content matters most to them.

Eventually, we will have to raise prices as everyone does, but not yet. Customers can choose a recurring membership now, we will never force a recurring membership, I've never liked it as a site owner or as a customer. Customers who like what we offer will come back on their own, and they do.

I understand what you're saying. I have kissing traffic, (mostly search engine traffic) the people who visit my site are looking for mostly just that. The two sites I posted are to illustrate the attention grabbing design.
Big high quality pictures that corresponds to scenes right on the first page. You have awesome content and great looking models, you should flaunt it bit more.
Also I totally agree that members may stay longer, however, does CCbill still compensate affiliates once someone joins again? Recurring sales are big, and CCbill makes it super easy to cancel memberships.

I hear you, as a surfer having the option is always nice. As a webmaster it's a huge loss of profit though.

Do affiliates get paid for DVD sales? I've never made more than $12.48 per conversion so I'm assuming not.

I don't think KMG could or ever will be a mainstream site. Even though most guys like to see two girls kiss there arent as many who like to see scenes where all the things the girls do is kiss the whole scene. But that is what i like and i think i speak for most of the other users as well.
But things KMG can do better is promote the site better on known kissing sites like ELMS ( clublez.com) or lezlovevideos forum. Maby you could also start selling your dvd's on lezlovevideo.com to boost your sales even more.
Well it can certainly do better for me with a few changes.
Back in early 08 I was sending KMG a lot of traffic and it was converting like 1:88. However, it just wasn't that profitable due to lack of rebills and low payouts per sign up.
Even with 40 sales it was only like $500. There are other programs that offered PPS or revshare with automatic rebills, so even with 1/2 the amount of sales it earned 2-3 times as much money.
I still send KMG traffic, but a very small amount of exit traffic from one of my smaller sites. Even with the small amount of traffic it manages to convert.
Hopefully one day they make a few changes, including making it more profitable for webmasters to promote.

If I was to suggest anything, it would be changing the colours and layoutof the site to be a bit more easier to navigate and traditional to other websites out there. (stick with pinks as that seem to compliment the content)
The two main colors (purple and teal) of the site, have issues working against them...
- they just don't compliment eachother at all.
- they don't compliment the content of the website, at all.
- it makes the site look and feel old. (like something from the 90's)
I'm not sure about the audio clip at the start of the website either. I like it and it's an attention grabber...but If a guy has his speaker volume up and is surfing while people are in the same room...he's going to instantly click away from the page, the minute the girls start talking.
I would also change the picture content to a two part picture showing. Try to pic pictures that are unique and attention grabbing...
Looking at "We Live Together" their site has allot of attention grabber photos:

Now I know what you are going to say "We don't offer content like that so we can't show photos like that..."
It's not the content that just makes those two shots interesting, it's the angle and what we are seeing. **** like the milk and the weird shape the clitorus is making (almost looks like a straw)
Kiss me girl has some pretty raw imagery in it's own right, and you do a GREAT job of selecting raw moments in your preview photos of each scene. So you DO have the content to grab attention!
So instead of just mostly showing the girls smiling and looking pretty...I would go with a 2 photo set up;
1 photo of the girls smiling and looking pretty, and 1 photo of them in deep kissing action.

So here is a screen shot of what your page looks like when you first load it up.
- it's chalk full of teal...which doesn't compliment porn well. - their's purple in there which helps give it that 90's look. - the font is pretty basic. (the menu buttons) - the banner photo needs to halve some attention grabbing imagery in it. at least one or two "money shots" instead of just girls smiling at me. - the text in the heart of your webpage, is bad!
Now if I scroll down, The splash page gets instantly better! And you have allot of the content I'm talking about needing in your banner and such. (where you start puttin previews up of recent scenes)
So...
- move that great content up, - move the text down - change the layout colors to something that compliments the content - put some attention grabbing photos in your banner - change the font and buttons to something a bit more unique and less basic.
This is what we see when we scroll down...this is sooo much better, I feel it should be what you see when you first load up the page. But it still needs work.
As great as this area is, it has too many photos of the girls just smiling at us. Look at the photos you've selected for the triple scene. Of the three you chose to have 2 shots of the girls smiling at us. And only one that shows the content you offer. Only 1 shot is needed of girls smiling and looking pretty, the other two should be the great content you offer. And include more close ups!

Hey, thanks for all the input. I think you're right about adding more kissing shots, we can easily do that, personally I like our colors, plus we've used them for a long time so I think it's sort of our look, the purple doesn't bug me, maybe I'm a 90's kind of guy. I also like the girls smiling, I like the eye contact, but we do need more kissing shots on that page, and moving the text is also a good thought.
I do agree that teal and purple are the look of the site, and part of your trademark logo. And I wouldn't mess with that.
What I would suggest is to keep the purple and teal but make the background the pink that is in the words "girls kissing girls"
Use your trade mark teal and purple as border highlights and trim highlights and possibly font color still, keep the colors present...but I can't stress enough that teal as your main background color is just not working for you as the main color.
With these changes, you keep the trademark purple and teal, but you break them up by making the pink more present which would help the 3 colors "jive" more...you also are using a color that helps work with the content of the website.
If I could make one more suggestion, it would be to string the bottons under the heading banner ACROSS the screen and replace the area they were in with yet another picture...and if possible, relocate that babel advertisement.
So string them across like this;

As is right know, the buttons are wasting too much realistate on your home page. so having them spread out across the page would waste less space
