How about it?  Either:

1 - facing each other, arms around each others' waists, wrists tied snug, with a crotchrope connected to wrists so they cant slip arms over each other to get loose, or:

2 - tied facing each other at the waist, chest, maybe knees, and wrists tied behind each others' backs.

Scenario could be they can only try to get free while continuing to kiss/neck, etc...

if they fail, ohhhhh well.
