I was downloading scenes last night just fine. Now today I keep getting this -->

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /members/membersmain.html on this server.

yes same here!
registered a new account yesterday on sloppygirl.com and downloaded a few scenes
now all memberfiles are forbidden too.

There are numerous reasons why forbidden errors can happen, one of the most common is when a user enters the wrong password or username several times in a row, the server will block you for a short time because it thinks you're trying to hack the user system. If you download aggressively in a short time it can alert a short term bandwidth limiter as well, this mainly helps deter hackers and pirates from being able to steal too much, we monitor these holds and usually release them manually before the actual hold time has been reached.

Iīm a new Member, too. After a few downloads from the site i canīt get into the member area.

I get this message :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /members/membersmain.html on this server.

Same here, newbie locked out. Since new members would browse and download the old stuff immediately after getting in, like me, any way to prove that we are human and only want to enjoy our purchases?

 Don't worry site will work for you again, i think this timeout comes when trying to download to much at the same time. I have encountered it also, but it worked itself out in a few hours.
