I just signed up and paid good money. Now I only get some videos with silly interviews. What the heck is going on? This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen.
Have no idea what you're talking about, there's over a couple hundred scenes on the site in addition to the BTS. Perhaps you should email us and explain.
Here is the problem: I tried to download "Jennifer, Leilani" from page 4 and "Chloe, Chase" from page 1. I always download the WMV format as this is my favorite. What happened in both cases when I clicked on the "WMV" Box is that I get a file of about 90MB or so that downloads and which contains some 10 min worth of blabla. The actual kissing scene cannot be accessed.
In the meantime, I did download another scene and was able to watch it. The file was somewhere near 1GB and it had a duration of 40 or so minutes as described. It took forever to download but download it did. I also tried two more downloads that failed (there may be several reasons for it unrelated to the site).
Still, so far I am 1 of 3 for getting the content that was advertised. 2 of 3 I got something else - namely some blabla. Now, I don't feel like I signed up to be some sort of test user and play this whole thing thru with your hundreds of entries that you feature to see where the real scenes are hiding. But clearly, you got a bit of a mess on your hands when it comes to what kind of files are linked in your database - at least on the WMV side.

That doesn't seem to be true then. Or how about this statement: "There's no content difference between the MP4 and WMV files, same scene, just a different format." That doesn't quite work out, does it?

Sorry that you seemed confused, I'll try to help. Scenes on the site are designated with either a WMV button or MP4 button, there's also a WMV button marked BTS for BTS footage.
It's sounds like you're downloading the BTS footage instead of the scene. On Jennifer and Leilani, you should download the MP4/H264 for the scene. The buttons clearly say BTS to designate them as BTS. So, if you download the actual scene files then you'll have the scene. All the scenes can be accessed very easily.
You also mentioned that only a few scenes are in WMV, actually there are around 140 scenes on the site in the WMV format and that doesn't even include all the BTS footage. We are beginning to phase out some of the WMV on newer scenes because overwhelmingly customers prefer the MP4 higher quality format.
I don't believe it's a mess, as we never have anyone with issues. Just use the appropriate button for download. You are right in that there could be some left over info that may cause confusion as we transition a few things, but the BTS footage is still clearly marked BTS on the buttons.
