All our sites take MC, perhaps you're in a country where CCBill doesn't allow processing? Otherwise, you should be fine. You can always contact CCBill support as they handle the transactions directly.
so, is it a problem on your end then, or no? when you set these up, do you configure which payment methods are accepted, cause it's like you missed a checkbox or something. the Vicki and Bailey one needs someone to go in and toggle mastercard on, or something.
(went through all of them and it's the only one missing one of those four payment methods)

well, ccbill says that it's up to you guys to determine the allowed methods of payment. if no one wants to fix it, then I guess I just can't pay for that one.
